Connect Social Planner

Keep your social planned in one place

 

This will allow you to post social content across various social platforms. We recommend tying in Google My Business (GMB) as it will give you added boost for local SEO which was confirmed by google and they reward users the utilize they Google My Business Social Planner and also connecting Facebook and Instagram.

How will yo access Social Planner:

 

  1. Go to Marketing:

 

 

  1. Click the gear icon/settings:

 

 

  1. Social Planner Setting:

 

 

  1. Connect your account:

 

 

  1. Tokens

 

 

Note: In Facebook and Instagram, you have to refresh the tokens.

Facebook Token refresh: every 90 days
Instagram token refresh: every 45 or 60 days

If disconnected, you have the option to reconnect the account. 

 

 

 

Note: You will receive an email notification when the account(s) has been disconnected

 

6. Once Set up, you can open the planner:

 

 

 

Here you can see your content and you can re-arrange the content.

 

Note: This will only show the content that is scheduled through our social planner

 

 

7. You can schedule a post for the Future across various platforms by clicking "New Post" and choose on the list below.

 

 

 

 

8. Select the Account/Social Media Platform

 

9.For Instagram, we have the Stories and Reels.

 

10. You can utilize the hashtag# and incorporate those for your social media posts.
