Send a text when you miss a call at the studio
Setting up Missed Call Text Automation
This only works if client/customer call the texting numbers that (we suggest) you put on your website(s), Google and on Facebook because that phone call/number will be forwarded to your studio landline.
And if they call that number, they will be receiving a text message saying "Hey there!, sorry we missed your call! How can i Help" and you on the other hand can get a notification that you have missed a call from the contact which you can set in this automation.
How to set up!
From your Dashboard:

Automation >>

Search for "Auto Missed Call Text Back" >>

Trigger >>
-
Add call Direction and call status >>
Note: Don't forget to click save!! to save all of your changes applied..
This will give you the question:

Add Tag >>
-
Slight Delay Action >>
-
Assign to the member of your team >>

Set up SMS Message>>

Pushes notification to assigned user >>
Note: You can also add Internal Notification to the assigned user
Note: You can always delete this action if you think its unnecessary, it's all about your preference. Make sure to just click "Delete Action" and not "Delete All From Here" as it will remove all of the action.

Wait 3 days >>
Note: Sometimes people call the studio repeatedly and perhaps you don't want them to get the text message over and over again. But if you want to modify, go to the "Wait 3 Days" and change it to the time you would want to be.

Remove Tag >>
After 3 Days(or the time you set up) they can get the text message again if needed.
After setting everything up:
Go to settings >>
Set the time you want the text message to be sent including the days and toggle "allow re-entry" to allow people to go through this automation more than once.
Once everything is ok hit on save and toggle "publish".
