Text Marketing Strategies for Studio Growth
Text marketing is the wave of the future!!!
As most families do not ready email from the studios. It's bee the most effective from of growth for our studios and for countless studios using Enrollio.
The trick with text marketing is to sound like a real person. If it looks like a regular text blast and not personalized, it will not be well received.
We have 2 options:

Send SMS from your list of contacts (you can filter in specific category)

How to send mass text from you contact list:

Go To Contacts>>

Grab a list of the contacts you want to send a text message or you can apply filter >>

Search filters or you can choose on the list >>

After choosing your parameters/category, you can now select all >>

Send SMS >>
-
Click "OK, proceed" >>

Choose Tag >>
-
Choose Contact >>
-
Select Contact >> First Name >>
Note: Do not choose "User" as it will send text to people with your name on it
You should be seeing this:

You can now write down your personalized message>>
Note: We recommend emojis but it will cost extra but it goes a long way
Note: The most effective text marking is opening a conversation
If you do have a large list, we highly recommend sending in drip mode
Drip mode means that it's going to send the message in batches.
Waves of 100 to 200 is a good limit (batch quantity)if very new to this and so "Repeat After" 1 day.
Note:
For "Send on" , Friday is the best day to send an SMS (10am local). People are in best mood as we've sent so many and found out that to be the case. Sundays and Mondays never send text message unless it's an emergency.
You can send it at a schedule time
Note: for the links, Twilio and the pone carriers are very restrictive on what sort of link you can have. You can have one link in a text but it cannot be Google Drive, Bitly, URL shorteners to your website.
It can be to Jackrabbit or to an enrollment platform of your choice.

Got to Workflow list in Automation >>

Search "Summer" >>
This is a text and email sequence that we have used and you can modify the text and emails.

Set SMS message >>
You can modify the message and add your personal touch.

Set your Email message >>
If in any point they respond in the sequence, they are removed from it but if you don't want them to be removed then go to settings >>
Toggle "Stop on Response" >>
and if you want to set it in advance, you set the window for when this will be sent out.

SMS(2) Message >>
Note: Make sure to click "Save Action", "Save" and "Publish"
If you now wish to add a contacts to that automation:

Select contact(s) >>
-
Add to automation >>
-
Click "Ok,proceed">>

Search for the automation >>
This will add all the selected contacts to the automation.
