Accessing Forms

Navigate to Forms:

• Go to Site + Forms in your Enrollio account.

Create or Duplicate:

• Select Add Form to start from scratch.
• Duplicate an existing form for a quick start by searching or selecting one from your list.

• Use folders to keep forms structured and easy to find.

Styles and Options

Access Styles and Options for customization:

• Themes: Pre-built themes for quick styling.

• Styles: Inline options for compact forms or further adjustments like:

  • Form Style

  • Padding & Shadow

  • Field Style (short labels, placeholders)

  • Background & Custom CSS
    
    

Submission Options

• On Submit:

  • Display a thank-you message like "Your form has been received."

  • Redirect to a specific URL (e.g., a confirmation page).

• Pixel ID:

  Add Facebook Pixel for tracking conversions.

• Sticky Contact:

  Autofill fields on the user’s device for convenience.
  

Fields and Logic

• Field Customization:

  • Edit labels for clarity.

  • Add or delete fields as needed.

  • Use standard fields or create new custom fields.

1. Get the Embed Code:

   Copy the iframe code from Enrollio.

2. Paste It on Your Website:

   Place the code wherever you want the form to appear.
