Launching paid ads on Facebook and Instagram

 

In this help article, you have the option to launch paid ads very quickly with our templates.

 

How to launch paid ads.

  1. Go to Marketing >>

 

  1. Paid Ads >>

 

  1. Provide details on the field provided >>

 

This window will allow you to connect your Facebook and Instagram.

  1. Launch New Campaign >>

 

  1. Choose Platform >>

 

Here, you will see different folders that you can utilize.

 

 

  1. Choose a Folder >>
    Here we will choose class enrollment folder 

 

 

 

These are the template we created for you and we have used this template very effectively for our studio so you can plug and play these for your studio.

 

 

You can use the copy or modify the copy but we strongly suggest yo use your own app image like a student at your studio, This way people will feel the vibe of your studio and what makes your studio special.

  1. Hit "Select" >>

 

 

 

There are some custom values that we have selected that you need to fill out(please see image below)

 

 

  • Location Name: (Your Studio)

  • Child Age:

  • Campaign Type:  (We suggest to utilize lead form, but you can also use landing page or messenger)

  • Daily Budget

  • Website

  • Radius: (Optional)

     

 

  1. Click "Optional Info" >>

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note: Make sure to add "Privacy Policy"

Once it is launched, the next thing to do is go into settings and integrations >>

 

 

 

 

  1. Facebook From Fields Mapping >>

 

  1. Map Fields >>

 

 

 

 

Make sure that the status is toggled on:

 

  1. Go to Automation and search "Facebook Lead Ad" (yours might look a little different) >>

 

and you will have this automation that is a text sequence.

 

 

Here, you have to specify the lead forms.

 

 

  1. If you have multiple lead forms, go to filter>>

 

 

 

  1. Choose the specific form(s)>>

 

 

Going back to the automation, it will start a text and email sequence that you can modify.

Make sure that you check all the settings, including tame and day(please see image below)

 

 

 

You can see the data for the add by going to >>

 

and you will have the data on your screen.
