Access the workflow settings within Enrollio.
Select "Go To" from the list of available actions.
Name your action with a descriptive title, such as "Go to Class Reminder."
Click the Save button.
Once saved, all actions will appear highlighted. Click on the action where you want the contact to proceed.
To change the selected action later, click on the "Disconnect Go To" icon under the Go To action, then choose another action for the contact to follow.
The "Go To" action directs a contact from one workflow step to another based on specific criteria.
It is useful for sending a contact through another branch or looping them back if certain conditions are not met.
Note: The "Go To" action must be added as the last step of a workflow or branch; it cannot be placed between other actions.

Use the "Go To" action to send a contact to another action within your workflow.
This action is ideal when you need a contact (a parent or student contact) to follow a different branch of your automation, such as when a trial class registration needs further follow-up or a reminder.
Imagine you run a dance studio that offers trial classes for new students. You want to re-engage parents whose children signed up but did not attend the trial class, while ensuring that those who have already attended receive the right follow-up.

Trigger: Missed Trial Class
Name: Missed Trial Class Reminder
Filters:
Time Duration: 1 day (trigger the workflow if the trial class was missed for more than one day)
Registration Status: Confirmed (only applies to contacts who confirmed their registration)
Workflow Actions
Email Notification:
Send a personalized email to the parent, reminding them of the missed trial class and offering a special incentive or bonus class opportunity.
Wait:
Wait for 1 day before checking back for a response.
If/Else Condition:
Check if the contact has attended a trial class via a specific tag (e.g., "AttendedTrial").
Contacts with the tag will follow one branch, while those without will follow another.
Email (Branch 2):
Send a follow-up email to contacts in Branch 2, inviting them to reschedule their trial class.
Wait (Branch 2):
Add a wait step for a specified period if the contact is still pending attendance confirmation.
Go To (Branch 1):
Use the "Go To" action to direct contacts directly to the wait step in Branch 2, ensuring a smooth transition for a reminder email sequence.
This configuration helps recover lost engagement opportunities by re-engaging parents whose children missed their trial class, while correctly identifying those who have already attended for subsequent communications.
