This tool is particularly useful for managing studio class subscriptions, expiring access for dance sessions, or removing course access when certain conditions – such as expired subscriptions or completed sessions – are met within your workflow.

Imagine you want to automatically revoke access to the "Junior Ballet Basics" class when a student's subscription expires. Here’s how you might set it up:
Workflow Setup:
Trigger: Contact (or student record) tag changes to "expired"
Action: Course Revoke Offer
Name: "Revoke Access to Junior Ballet Basics"
Course: "Junior Ballet Basics"
Revocation Condition: Subscription Expiry
Action: Send email notification
Subject: "Your Access to Junior Ballet Basics Has Been Revoked"
Template: "Junior Ballet Basics Notification"
From Email and Name: Defaults to your studio’s contact details
Outcome:When a student’s subscription status changes to "expired," their access to the "Junior Ballet Basics" class is automatically revoked. This systematic approach ensures that only active members of your dance studio retain access to ongoing classes.
