This new feature on Enrollio allows you to easily manage and update cancelled appointments. With this update, you can access the "View Appointment" option for cancelled appointments in the Conversations module.
1. Log in to your Enrollio account.
2. Navigate to the Conversations module.
3. Locate the cancelled appointment activity that you want to update.
4. Click on the "View Appointment" option.
5. You can now view and update the details of the cancelled appointment as needed.
Appointment Deleted Activity
The activity title now reads as "Appointment Deleted" when an appointment is deleted.
Users can view deleted appointments but cannot edit them.
How to Use:
1. Log in to your Enrollio account.
2. Go to the Conversations module.
3. Look for the "Appointment Deleted" activity.
4. Click on the activity to view the details of the deleted appointment.
