We are excited to announce a new feature that will revolutionize the way dance studios manage invoice payments. Previously, customers could only accept full payments through invoices, but now with our latest update, Business Users can set a minimum percentage of the total invoice amount to be collected from the end customer.
Key Points to Note:
- Partial payments are available for both one-time and recurring invoices.
- For recurring invoices, the feature is available when autopayment is disabled. Autopayment enabled invoices will automatically draft the full amount after the first partial payment.
1. Ensure that a payment gateway (Stripe / Authorize.net / NMI) is integrated with your Enrollio account.
2. Go to Payments -> Invoices -> Invoices Settings.
3. From the menu, click on Payment Settings and enable the Partial Payments Toggle.
4. Input the desired percentage of the total invoice amount to be paid by the customer.
5. Click on "Save" to enable Partial Payments on your account.
