An abandoned cart occurs when a potential customer adds items to their online shopping cart but does not complete the checkout process.
Without any additional action on your part, abandoned checkout emails will be sent to customers who have provided their email addresses and other details but did not complete the checkout process.
Step 1 Create an email template in the Email Builder. Use the shopping cart element. This allows you to dynamically display the products that are currently in the customer's cart directly within the email content.
Step 2 Under Payments> Settings> Notifications you can select the custom abandoned checkout email that you created. You can also adjust the timing on when the email will be sent out.
Under Payments> Orders> Abandoned Checkout
If the order is recovered, it will be marked as recovered. These abandoned checkouts are only applicable to online stores
