Want to keep your dance class schedule and studio bookings in sync without the stress of double-bookings? Connecting your Outlook Calendar to Enrollio makes it easy!
Follow the simple steps below to get everything synced and running smoothly:
Log in to your Enrollio account
Go to Calendars > Calendar Settings > Connections
Click Add New
Choose Outlook Calendar and click Connect
Sign in using your Microsoft Outlook account and approve the access
Once connected, configure:
Linked Calendar: Where Enrollio will add your events (like trial classes or rehearsals)
Conflict Calendar(s): To block time if you already have other events scheduled in Outlook
That’s it! Your Enrollio and Outlook calendars will now talk to each other — and your schedule stays in perfect rhythm.
Connecting your Outlook calendar to Enrollio means you don’t have to bounce between platforms to keep track of everything. Whether it’s ballet class, a hip-hop rehearsal, or a special event, your schedule is automatically updated — saving you time and reducing stress.
This is the calendar where Enrollio adds new events (classes, appointments, etc.)
You need writer access to use this option
Example: If you schedule a tap class in Enrollio, it will show up automatically in your Outlook calendar
These calendars are used to check for overlaps
If your Outlook calendar has an event marked as “Busy”, Enrollio will block that time to prevent double-booking
If marked as “Free”, it will still show up in Enrollio but won’t block anything
You can add multiple conflict calendars if you manage several locations or events.
Only Outlook.com and Office 365 accounts are supported (not the desktop app)
You can only connect one Outlook account per sub-account
If your calendar is hosted on an on-premise Exchange server, syncing won’t work
Outlook event calendars are not supported — use Google Calendar if you need that feature
Log into your Outlook calendar online (not the desktop app)
Make sure your dance classes and events appear there
If yes — they will sync correctly with Enrollio!

Outlook calendar integration is a great feature you can use with a Teams Calendar. This allows you to create and sync calendar invites for Outlook, to sync back to Enrollio.
NOTE: Only Outlook.com, Office 365, live.com, and Hotmail calendars are supported. You can also have only one (1) Outlook account connected to one user in Enrollio at a time.
