Troubleshooting Facebook Permission Failure

This error message appears when connecting our Facebook page with Enrollio Social Planner. I am the owner/admin of the Facebook page. What should I do?

  • Login to your Facebook account which is the admin of your Facebook page.

  • Navigate to your profile picture icon on the top right corner, and click on Settings and Privacy. 

  • Once you are in Settings and Privacy > Settings

  • Scroll down and look for Business Integrations

  • On the Lead Connector App click on "View and Edit"

  • Scroll down and select the Facebook pages that you want to connect with Enrollio then click save

  • Reconnect Facebook with Enrollio
