No, family billing information cannot be migrated from Jackrabbit (or any other platform) to Enrollio due to security and data privacy restrictions.

Jackrabbit, like most class management platforms, does not allow the export or transfer of sensitive billing information such as credit card numbers or bank account details. This restriction exists to protect families and studios from potential security risks.
Even if you're switching from Jackrabbit to Enrollio (or to any other platform like DSP, Akada, or Studio Director), families will need to re-enter their payment information manually.
What We’re Doing About It:
We're currently working on a streamlined solution using QR codes to make this process easier. With this tool:
Families will scan a secure QR code
They’ll be taken directly to a branded payment update page
Their info will be saved securely inside Enrollio
This helps reduce friction while still keeping everything secure and compliant.
What You Can Do Now:
Notify Families Early: Let them know a payment update will be required as part of the transition.
Use Email or SMS Automation: Set up a reminder campaign inside Enrollio prompting families to update their billing info.
Offer Support: You can walk families through the process during class or via a support day.
