Enrollio supports multiple payment providers for your dance studio orders. You can choose from the following:
Stripe
NMI
PayPal
Square
Custom Payment Providers (installed from the Marketplace)
In your dance studio, you might want to offer multiple types of products or packages. With Enrollio, you can sell them in different ways:
Main/Primary ProductsThis is the primary service or product you are offering. For instance, your standard dance class enrollment package would be considered a main product.
Bump ProductsThese are add-ons you can offer during checkout. An example might be a special dance uniform or accessory that parents can add to their enrollment order.
UpsellUpsells can be presented immediately after the primary purchase. For example, after enrolling in a dance class package, you can offer a premium workshop or private lesson at the click of a button.
Apple Pay and Google PayThese options are only supported by Stripe.
To display Apple Pay as a payment method, ensure you have turned the toggle on the Stripe connection card under Payments -> Integrations.
Google Pay will be displayed by default (if applicable in the buyer's country) when your studio is connected to Stripe.
Recurring ProductsDifferent recurring products (such as monthly memberships for different class packages) cannot be sold in a single checkout with any payment provider.
For studios wishing to offer two different recurring products within one flow, consider using the upsell feature.
PayPal LimitationsPayPal does not support purchasing bump products when the lead purchases a recurring product. This means if a parent chooses a membership plan with recurring payments, the option to add a bump product (like a special event package) may not be available.
Recurring Product SettingsIn Enrollio, you can configure setup fees, trial periods, and the number of payments when creating a recurring product under Payments -> Products. These settings will be automatically applied when a parent purchases that product.
If a dance product has a trial period and no explicit setup fee before the trial starts, there will be no charge upon order completion. Charges will commence when the trial period ends.
Enrollio provides robust order management features to help you track your studio’s sales and subscriptions:
OrdersAll orders submitted through order forms appear under Payments -> Orders.
SubscriptionsRecurring dance class memberships or recurring product orders can be managed via Payments -> Subscriptions.
RefundsRefunds are handled under the Transactions table, ensuring that any adjustments are easy to track.
When setting up your order forms for your dance studio, you can select the appropriate payment method from the following list:
Stripe (Card)
Stripe > Apple Pay / Google Pay

This setup ensures you can accept payments in a way that suits your studio’s operational needs and the preferences of your clients.
