If I log in on multiple devices, will I get called on all of them?• You will receive incoming calls simultaneously on up to 10 devices that are logged in.• When a call is picked up on one device, all remaining ongoing calls on the other devices will automatically disconnect.
What if I am managing multiple dance studios (sub-accounts) and have inbound calling enabled?• You’ll only receive calls on the dance studio sub-account you switched to last.• If the app is closed, it will remember the last studio details so that calls continue coming in for that studio.• Switching to a sub-account where inbound calling isn’t available means you won’t receive calls from any other sub-account.
What happens when I get two calls and answer one?• If two calls appear simultaneously and you answer one on any device, the other call will be automatically disconnected, ensuring smooth call management.
