Navigate to Settings > Calendars.
Click on Create Calendar.
In the Calendar Type dropdown, select Unassigned Booking.
Under Team & Event Setup, locate the text box in front of the Calendar URL.
Click on the text box and type in the custom calendar URL you want to use for your studio's class bookings.
The system will automatically run an availability check on your custom URL.
If you see a “check,” the URL is available and you can proceed to save.
If a “cross” appears, the custom URL isn’t available. You can tweak or modify your URL as needed to ensure it’s unique.
Once you have a unique URL, save your calendar. Your custom calendar URL will now be active and ready to share with parents for scheduling dance classes and events.
