In your Enrollio sub-account, navigate to Settings on the bottom left menu.
Click on Phone numbers.
Select Regulatory Bundle/Address.
On the top right, click on Create to generate a regulatory bundle/address for your studio's sub-account.
Follow the prompts to fill in all the required details. This may include studio-specific information such as the issue date and, if applicable, studio owner's birth date.
Remember:
The issue date should be in the format yyyy-mm-dd
(for example, 2024-08-27
).
The birth date should follow the same format, YYYY-MM-DD
.
Once you have submitted all the necessary information, Enrollio’s support team will coordinate and work with the regulatory partner to get your regulatory bundle approved.
After submission, you and your team can view a list of all the submitted bundles and addresses along with their current status.
This screen is visible across all sub-accounts using Enrollio’s phone system, regardless of the country of operation.
In case of any error, such as a failure response with a status code 400, review the format for the dates as mentioned above and re-submit your information.
Enrollio has optimized this flow to ensure that you can create, edit, or even delete your regulatory bundle/address as needed.
If your studio uses Enrollio’s phone system beyond the USA or Canada, completing the Regulatory Bundle is required to ensure smooth operation and compliance.
In case of any submission failure, Enrollio will provide error details on the user interface, so you can quickly make corrections and re-submit.
By following these guidelines, you can assure uninterrupted communication lines for your dance studio while complying with all local phone number regulations.
Ensure to always verify that your studio’s contact and regulatory information is up-to-date to keep your enrollment, bookings, and studio communications running smoothly.
Enjoy a hassle-free experience with Enrollio as you continue to inspire and educate with dance!
