How It Works
You can link the schedules from different parts of your dance studio operations. For example, you can:
View multiple instructors' schedules: Keep track of individual dance teacher availability.
View multiple studio calendars: See all studio activities and special events at a glance.
View multiple class groups: Manage schedules for different age groups or training sessions.
How to Use Multiple Calendar Views on Mobile
Make sure you have the Enrollio mobile app installed on your device.
Open the calendars section located on the bottom bar of the app.
Tap on the dropdown menu under the calendar to open the selection options.
From the dropdown, choose to add multiple instructors, studio calendars, or class groups.
Once you’ve made your selection, the app will display all the schedules in the events area—each with a unique color code to help you differentiate between them.
With this setup, you’ll have a clear, color-coded overview of your entire dance studio’s calendar, making it easier to plan classes, coordinate events, and manage your team’s schedules seamlessly.
