How It Works
Enrollio now displays your calendar, class schedules, and appointment confirmation emails in the user timezone you set.
For example, imagine your dance studio is located in New York (Eastern Standard Time - EST):
If you set the user timezone to CET (for instance, if you are scheduling with a partner studio in Paris), your appointments will appear in Central European Time.
Similarly, if you set your user timezone to PST, your calendar will adjust to Pacific Standard Time.
This feature eliminates the need for manual adjustments and ensures you and your team always view accurate scheduling details that match your studio’s operating hours.
Note: On the Calendar View and Appointment List, you can always see which timezone you’re currently viewing.
Setting Your Timezone
To set your timezone in Enrollio, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings > My Profile.
Scroll down to User Availability and select your preferred timezone.
Ensuring Accurate Availability
When setting your availability, consider the timezone settings that best suit your studio’s operations:
If Your User Timezone is Set to Your Studio's Actual Location:
Simply input your regular class hours (for example, 9 am to 5 pm) as you normally would.
If Your User Timezone is Set to a Different Location (for Viewing Purposes):
Manually adjust your availability to match the selected timezone.
For example, if your studio is in New York (GMT -05:00) but you are viewing your schedule in the UK (GMT +00:00), update your class times to reflect New York time.
Important: These changes are only applicable within the Calendar Module, including the Calendar View, Appointment List, and Confirmation Emails.
