Collecting Payments in Calendars with Enrollio

How It Works for Your Dance Studio

When a parent books an appointment—whether it's for a beginner ballet class or a private hip-hop lesson—the payment is processed at the time of booking. This walkthrough is designed for dance studios using Enrollio to schedule classes, recitals, or private sessions.

Key Details & Setup

• Supported Payment Gateways: Enrollio supports the following five payment providers:Note that while all payment methods work for various calendar types, Razorpay, NMI, and Square currently do not support the Classic Widget and Service menu options.

  • Stripe

  • NMI

  • Authorize.net

  • Razorpay

  • Square

• Connecting Payment Gateways: First, add your payment integrations directly in your Enrollio sub-account:

  • Navigate to the Payments Tab > Integrations

  • Connect your preferred gateways.Keep in mind that if you connect multiple gateways, a dropdown will let you select your default payment provider. Only your DEFAULT PAYMENT GATEWAY will be used to collect payments. For example, if you select Stripe as your default, all your dance class payments will be processed through Stripe.

• Enabling Payment Options in Your Calendar: Next, configure the payment settings in Enrollio’s Calendar Settings: Note: Partial payments are not supported when scheduling recurring classes.

  • Edit an existing dance class schedule (by clicking on the three dots) or create a new calendar (using Advanced Settings).

  • Under the Forms & Payments section, toggle on “Accept Payments.”

  • Once enabled, you will see new form fields appear, including:

    • Amount (with currency)

    • Description

    • Payment mode (Test or Live)

Integrating Specific Providers

• Square Integration:

  • Log in to your Square account at Square Login and remain signed in.

  • In Enrollio, navigate to the Payments Module > Integrations and click on the Connect button for Square Live Mode.

  

  • The integration will automatically pair your signed-in Square account with Enrollio.

By following these steps, your dance studio can seamlessly collect class fees and other payments at the time of booking. This helps reduce no-shows, streamline your accounting processes, and ensure that each class continues to run smoothly.
