You asked, we listened! We've just rolled out the new Redirect Call-To-Action (CTA) feature in the All-In-One Chat tool. Now, you can instantly guide families to the most important links—right from your chat window!
Why This Matters to Your Studio
No more sending multiple messages or worrying about parents missing key info! With the Redirect CTA, you can send quick buttons for class sign-ups, recital info, payment pages, and more. This makes communication smoother and helps parents take action faster—less back-and-forth for everyone.
What You Can Do Now
- Open a conversation in All-In-One Chat
- Click the CTA button (you'll see the option on your chat tools menu)
- Add a title (like “Register Now” or “View Schedule”)
- Paste in your link (to an event, schedule, payment, or website page)
- Hit Send—the family sees a clickable button right away!
Real-Life Example
Let’s say a parent messages you with questions about recital tickets. Instead of sending a long explanation and hoping they find the right page, you can instantly send a “Buy Tickets” button that takes them straight to your ticketing site. Parents love the convenience—and you’ll save tons of time!
