To add tags to an active class or event, select Active Classes or Active Events:
From there, select the class or event you wish to add tags to, then select “Edit Selected”:
Then, scroll down to the bottom of the edit section and start typing the tags you wish to add (you can add as many as you wish!):
Once tags have been added, be sure to select “Update Class”.
When a student enrolls in the class moving forward, the associated parent(s) will be tagged appropriately within the CRM. Please note, this is NOT retroactive.
