To add a new student to the Studio Portal within Enrollio, go to “Studio Portal” in the sidebar menu of the Enrollio web app, then click the Add a Family header menu item. From there, select Add New Student (see below):
To add a new student, the parent has to already exist in the Studio Portal. If the parent does not exist, click “Add New Parent” first.
If the student is an adult and a parent is not needed, for the present time the student needs to first be added as a parent.
Once you have added the parent and select the parent associated with the student, you can enter the student information in the following screen. The only required fields posessess an asterisk, so Name, Birthdate, Gender. Every other field is optional.
