No Custom Values or Code Blocks Needed Brand boards simplify email creation by providing pre-set design options directly in your email editor. Simply select from the available choices without juggling custom values or complicated code.
Ensure Brand Consistency Consistent branding is key to building trust. When every email reflects your studio’s visual identity, it reinforces your brand and makes your communications instantly recognizable.
Visible Fonts and Colors Only the fonts and colors from your default brand board will be visible in the color and font pickers within your email editor.
Access to Logos Your studio’s logos, stored within your brand boards, are available in the media library. This makes it easy to add your studio’s emblem to your emails.
Changing Default Brand Boards You can switch your default brand board to display different color palettes and fonts. Note that there can only be one default brand board at a time, so choose the one that best represents your current style.
Navigate to Marketing Open the Marketing section on the Enrollio dashboard.
Open an Email Campaign or Template Click on Email Marketing and select an existing campaign or template that you’d like to update.
Using the Color Picker
When editing a text block or adjusting button colors, open the color picker.
Your studio’s brand colors will appear at the top of the palette.
Hover over a color to confirm it matches your studio’s palette.
Using the Font Picker
Open the font picker when you need to change text styles.
Your custom studio fonts will be displayed at the top of the list for quick selection.
Accessing Logos
When adding a logo, open the media library by inserting an image.
Select the appropriate logo from your brand boards to easily incorporate your studio’s branding into the email.
