The following list contains the standard campaign use cases that will be available for your dance studio communications. Each use case can be tailored to keep your parents and dancers informed and engaged:
2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)
Use 2FA for secure login verifications on your studio’s online portal, ensuring that only authorized parents or students can access registration details or class schedules.
Account Notifications
Send messages about updates related to student accounts or enrollment statuses. For example, notify parents when a new class is added or if there are changes to their billing information.
Customer Care
Provide support for registration questions, class management, or other studio-related inquiries. This helps maintain excellent communication with your dance family.
Delivery Notifications
Inform parents and students about the status of messages, such as confirmations of class bookings or updates for event tickets and merchandise deliveries.
Fraud Alert Messaging
Keep your community safe with alerts about any suspicious activity—such as unauthorized registration attempts or payment issues.
Higher Education
Although originally designed for educational institutions, this use case can be adapted for special dance education programs, scholarship notifications, or advanced training opportunities that your studio might offer.
Marketing
Send promotional content like upcoming workshop details, seasonal class offers, or special events designed to increase enrollment and community engagement.
Mixed
Use a mixed campaign to cover multiple use cases, such as combining customer care with class schedule updates.
Note: Mixed campaigns are likely to have lower throughput and higher costs per message. Low-Volume Brands are eligible for the Low-Volume Mixed option outlined below.
Polling and Voting
Gather feedback from parents and students through surveys or event selection polls. (This is not for political use but can help you choose the next dance workshop or activity.)
Public Service Announcement (PSA)
Share important updates that raise awareness about community events or emergency procedures relevant to your dance studio.
Security Alert
Notify your community if there is any issue that might affect access to your online services, such as compromised systems or technical difficulties.
Certain use cases are considered “Special” by carriers and come with additional requirements and possibly different fees. These can include:
Charity / 501(c)(3) nonprofit initiatives (e.g., fundraising for dance scholarships)
Emergency Services (e.g., urgent studio closure alerts due to unforeseen circumstances)
Political Use Cases (if applicable)
Apart from the standard Mixed use case, your studio may choose the Low-Volume Mixed option. This campaign use case supports the same multiple uses as a standard Mixed campaign but comes with:
A lower monthly fee
Fixed throughput at the lowest tier, regardless of your Trust Score
This is ideal if your studio sends fewer messages each month and prefers cost-effective communication.
This guide is intended to help you choose the right campaign type for your dance studio, ensuring that every message reaches your parents and students securely and efficiently.
