Remove Contact Tag
This action removes the selected or all tag(s) from a student's record. Tags are commonly used to categorize students based on their class enrollments, participation levels, or dance style interests. By removing a tag, you can refine your student segmentation and adjust the workflows they are part of.
Tags
Description: Select the tag(s) you wish to remove from the student's profile. You can choose multiple tags if needed.
Remove All Tags
Description: Toggle this option on to remove all tags from the student's record. When this toggle is enabled, the "Tags" field will no longer be accessible.
Action Name:
Enter a meaningful name for the action that reflects its purpose. For example, "Remove Ballet Beginner Tag" clearly indicates the function of the action.
Tags:
Click on the "Select a tag" dropdown to choose the tag(s) you want to remove from the student's profile. Multiple tags can be selected if necessary.
Remove All Tags:
Toggle on the option if you wish to remove all tags from the student’s record. Note that when this toggle is switched on, the "Tags" field will be disabled.
Customer Replied:
Use this trigger when a parent communicates a change in their child's interest (for example, opting out of a dance class). In this case, you might remove tags like "Enrolled in Ballet" to reflect their updated status.
Appointment Status Changed:
Utilize this trigger if a student’s class appointment is canceled or rescheduled. This might involve removing tags such as "Class Confirmed" to accurately update their current status.
