The Instagram Story Post Composer is a robust feature embedded in Enrollio Social Planner specifically designed for managing Instagram stories. It’s ideal for dance studio owners looking to:
Showcase new class offerings or dance routines
Announce recital dates or dance competitions
Maintain a consistent posting schedule to keep your community engaged
Quickly save creative concepts as drafts when inspiration strikes
Remember that this tool is designed for Instagram Professional accounts (business accounts). With the Post Composer, you can upload up to 10 images or videos per story. For dance studios, this means you can create a vibrant narrative—whether that’s a behind-the-scenes look at rehearsals or highlights from a performance. Keep in mind the technical guidelines:
Image file size: Maximum 8 MB
Video length: Up to 60 seconds
Consider these scenarios where the Instagram Story Post Composer can help bring your dance studio’s events and promotions to life:
Class Launch Announcements: Unveil a new dance class or workshop by creating a series of stories with images or short video clips of your instructors and studio space.
Event Promotions and Recitals: Build excitement for upcoming recitals or dance competitions with countdown stories, performance teasers, and behind-the-scenes glimpses.
Maintaining Engagement: On busy weeks when you may not have time to create fresh content daily, plan and schedule your stories in advance to keep your studio top-of-mind.
Time Zone Management for Wider Reach: Schedule your stories to post when most of your students’ parents or guardians are active—ensuring maximum visibility.
Flash Dance Promotions: If you’re organizing a flash class or a surprise masterclass, schedule stories to announce the event, emphasizing the time-sensitive nature of the promotion.
Saving Creative Drafts: Have an idea for a story featuring a cool dance move or a new costume reveal but not ready to post? Save your work as a draft and come back later when you’re ready to polish it off.
Can I add text or stickers to my Instagram Stories through the Instagram Story Post Composer in Enrollio Social Planner?Text and stickers aren’t supported for Instagram stories via third-party APIs like Enrollio Social Planner. To include these creative elements, you’ll need to add them directly within the Instagram app.
Can I tag people or businesses in my stories through Enrollio Social Planner?Tagging individuals or other dance studios in your stories is not possible through third-party tools. For tagging features, please update your stories using the Instagram app. (Keep in mind that Instagram’s API policies may evolve, so it’s a good idea to check the latest documentation on Instagram’s developer website or reach out to our support team for updates.)
Is Instagram story supported for both creator and business accounts?Due to API limitations by Meta, Instagram stories can only be scheduled using business accounts.
