Slack Message
With the "Slack Message" action, you can send a customized message to a designated Slack account. This change in notifications is perfect for automating updates in your dance studio—such as class schedule changes, new student registrations, or even timely reminders about upcoming recitals. You can choose to send:
A direct message to a specific user (like a lead instructor)
A message to a private channel (for studio staff)
A public channel message (for broader announcements)
Choose an Account:
Select the Slack account from the dropdown list where you want the message to be sent.
This is required to ensure the message reaches the correct workspace associated with your Enrollio studio.
Event:
Select the type of message you want to send. Options include:
Send Direct Message to a User: Choose this to send a private message to a specific user (for example, notifying an instructor about a schedule adjustment).
Send Private Channel Message: Use this to send a notification to a chosen private channel (perfect for internal staff updates).
Send Public Channel Message: Select this option for notifications that should be visible to everyone in your Slack workspace (ideal for studio-wide announcements).
