Copy Contact
The "Copy Contact" action replicates a student's contact information to a specified sub-account in Enrollio. It provides flexibility to:
Copy associated tags (such as class types or performance groups)
Transfer custom fields (including recital dates, costume sizes, or enrollment details)
Update the contact in the target account if a record already exists
This functionality helps maintain consistent student information across multiple studios, ensuring that every branch has the latest updates.
Select an Account: Choose the target studio branch where the student's contact should be copied. (Mandatory)
Add Tags to Sub-Account: Optionally, select tags that will be added to the copied contact in the sub-account. For example, tags like "Ballet Beginner" or "Tap Advanced" can help categorize student details.
Copy Tags: Toggle this option to copy all tags from the original contact to the copied record in the sub-account.
Copy Custom Fields: Toggle this option if you want to include additional details, such as class enrollment dates or costume requirements, from the original contact.
Update Contact if it Already Exists: When enabled, this option updates an existing contact in the target studio instead of creating a duplicate record.
Select an Account: Choose the target studio branch where you want the student’s contact to appear. (This step is mandatory.)
Add Tags to Sub-Account: Optionally, add relevant tags (e.g., "Hip Hop", "Contemporary") that should be associated with the student in the sub-account.
Copy Tags: Enable this option if you want all the original tags assigned to the student to be copied over to the sub-account.
Copy Custom Fields: Enable this option if you want additional details (like special notes or recital information) replicated in the target account.
Update Contact if it Already Exists: Enable this option if you’d prefer the existing record in the target studio to be updated rather than creating a new duplicate.
