The "Edit Conversation" action allows you to:
Mark a conversation as read or unread.
Archive a conversation, moving it out of the active conversation list.
Unarchive a conversation, bringing it back into the recents tab.
This functionality is designed to help you manage your studio's communications so that inquiries and messages from parents are organized and prioritized.
Mark as Read or Unread: Choose to update the conversation’s read status. Options include:
