Running a busy dance studio means staying on top of every detail—even your digital tools must work as smoothly as your class schedules. To help keep your studio's Enrollio integrations secure and running efficiently, we’ve implemented an auto-deletion policy for API keys that have been inactive. This guide explains what that means for your studio.
API Key Inactivity Policy
API keys for your agency or sub-account that have not been used in the past 90 days will be automatically deleted.
The system checks this inactivity once a quarter, so you can plan accordingly—just like a quarterly recital!
Communication from Enrollio
Your studio’s Enrollio admin, or the person managing your digital dance registrations, will receive three in-app alerts before any API key is deleted:
15 days before deletion: a heads-up notification arrives.
7 days before deletion: another prompt to remind you to check your settings.
1 day before deletion: a final in-app alert.
In addition, an email will be sent to your studio admin 15 days in advance with a complete summary of the upcoming deletion.
One day before deletion, a banner will be displayed for 24 hours to provide one last reminder.
Stay in Rhythm with Your Digital ToolsJust as you keep your class schedules in check, make sure to log in and regularly use your API keys. This ensures uninterrupted access to Enrollio features critical for managing student registrations and class bookings.
Plan AheadMark your calendar when you receive the initial 15-day notification and ensure you update your API key usage if necessary. Avoid the unexpected disruption, just as you wouldn’t cancel a class last minute!
Easy-to-Follow NotificationsThe reminder system is designed to be as clear and timely as a well-choreographed routine. Keep an eye on your notifications, so you can make any adjustments needed ahead of the auto-deletion.
