Enrollio makes it simple for you to manage potential class enrollments and special promotions at your dance studio. Use this guide to create and track opportunities—like trial classes, class packages, or special events—so you never miss a chance to connect with prospective dancers and their families.
Log in to your Enrollio account.
Navigate to your studio’s sub-account.
From the sidebar menu, click on the "Opportunities" section.
In the Opportunities section, click the "+ Opportunity" button at the top right.
Fill in the details for the opportunity. For example, input the contact name, enrollment or event details, and the estimated signup value.
Optionally, add extra details such as:
The specific dance class or event (e.g., ballet trial, hip-hop workshop)
Assign a studio instructor or team member to follow up on the opportunity
Include multiple contacts if, for instance, both a parent and their child are involved (note that only the primary contact’s information will be available across the platform)
Click "Create" to add the opportunity to your Opportunities dashboard.
Click on any opportunity to open its edit page.
In the details page, add any additional information about the opportunity. This might include:
Special requests from the family, such as scheduling preferences or additional class interests
Any communications regarding enrollment or class questions
These notes will also be updated in the respective contact’s record, keeping your follow-up process clear and streamlined.
