Pipelines in Enrollio are essential for automating and streamlining the processes in your dance studio—from managing student inquiries to nurturing trial classes and closing enrollments. This guide will walk you through creating customized pipelines that suit the unique needs of your dance studio.
Go to your Sub account in Enrollio.
From the left sidebar, select Opportunities.
Within the Opportunities area, click on Pipelines from the top menu.
In the Pipelines section, click on the "Create Pipeline" button.
Provide your pipeline with a descriptive name that reflects its purpose or the stage of your student journey (for example, "Trial to Enrollment" or "Open House Follow-up").
Remember: Pipeline names must be unique. You cannot add or update a pipeline using an identical name.
After creating your pipeline, you’ll see a blank canvas where you can add individual stages.
Begin by entering the name of the first stage of your pipeline (for example, "Inquiry" or "First Audition").
Click on the "Add Stage" button to create additional stages that define the sequential flow within your enrollment process.
Repeat this process for each new stage. You can represent stages such as "Application Received," "Trial Class," or "Enrollment Confirmed."
Reorder the stages by using the up and down arrows on the left of each stage name.
Note that you do not need to create stages for "Enrolled" or "Not Enrolled." Enrollio automatically creates these default stages for every pipeline.
Ensure all stage names are unique to avoid conflicts.
Use the funnel and pie chart options to decide whether the pipeline should be displayed on your dashboard.
Configure the dashboard by choosing whether or not to show each stage (for instance, highlighting key steps like trial classes or enrollment decisions) using the icons located at the right of each stage.
