Below is an overview of how Activity Cards work for your dance studio:
New Student Registrations
Activity Cards appear as soon as a new student inquiry or registration opportunity is created, updated, or even removed. This means that whether you’re welcoming a prospective student or updating a trial class status, you’ll be instantly in the loop.
With a simple click on "View Registration" within the card, you can quickly access the student's details and make any necessary changes directly from the conversation panel.
Class Appointments
When a dance class, rehearsal, or private session is scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled, an Activity Card will notify you right in your conversation panel.
Clicking "View Appointment" allows you to seamlessly review or edit the details of the class without having to leave your current view, ensuring that your schedule stays up-to-date with minimal effort.
Do Not Disturb (DND) Preferences
These cards alert you whenever a parent or student opts into a “Do Not Disturb” preference or is removed from it.
This feature ensures that you always know your contacts' communication preferences, helping you to honor their requests and manage your notifications effectively.
Tuition Invoices
Whether an invoice for tuition or class fees is sent to a parent or payment is received, an Activity Card appears to keep you updated.
By clicking "View Invoice," you’re taken directly to a detailed view of the invoice in a new tab, where you can review the payment or billing details comprehensively.
