Each student profile has its own Notes section.
Use this section to capture details such as class attendance, parent communications, or feedback on performance.
You can add, search, and filter notes for the selected student to keep their records up to date.
In this module, you’ll primarily see notes associated with the main student registered for a particular performance or event.
If multiple students are involved in a performance opportunity (for example, a group recital), you can apply filters to view notes from additional participants.
This helps you manage details across different performance entries to coordinate rehearsals or event logistics effectively.
The Studio Overview section consolidates all notes from students linked to your dance studio.
This offers a holistic view of all discussions and updates, making it easier to track studio-wide progress, recurring event details, or group communications.
Use these notes to monitor overall studio health and quickly access pertinent information across all your classes.
Navigate to the appropriate Notes tab within the student, performance, or studio view.
Click + Add Note to create a new entry.
Enter your note (such as details about a class update, a student’s costume changes for a recital, or a new workshop idea).
Save your note.
Use the search bar to find notes by keywords (e.g., “ballet basics,” “recital costume,” or other specific terms relevant to your studio).
Sorting by the date created can help you keep track of sequential updates and student progress.
Apply filters based on the associated student(s) to narrow down your results.
In the Performance Opportunities module, use filters to check notes from additional students that are part of a group opportunity.
Notes are displayed in a list format, complete with timestamps and the creator’s name.
Each note includes an association tag that links it back to the specific student, making it easy to reference who the note relates to.
By using the Notes feature in Enrollio, you can easily keep all your important studio-related information organized. Whether you’re managing detailed student profiles, coordinating performance opportunities, or reviewing your entire studio’s updates, Enrollio’s Notes function is designed to help keep your studio running smoothly.
Happy dancing and best of luck managing your studio’s details with Enrollio!
