When running a children’s dance studio, keeping your contact list organized is crucial—especially when busy parents reach out via Facebook Messenger or complete your lead ad form. By default, incoming Facebook Messenger messages will create a new contact in Enrollio based on the sender’s name. This means that if a parent has already filled out a lead ad form for a trial class or workshop, a duplicate contact may be created when they send you a message through Facebook Messenger.
To provide a seamless experience and avoid duplicate entries in your Enrollio account, you can enable an automatic merge. This feature matches incoming Facebook Messenger contacts with existing contacts created via lead ads when they share the same name. This is particularly helpful for managing inquiries for class sign-ups, studio events, or scheduling make-up classes, keeping your studio’s communication smooth and up-to-date.
Here’s how to set it up:
Navigate to Enrollio’s Settings.
Go to Company Settings.
Toggle ON the “Merge Facebook Contacts By Name” option.
Once enabled, any new Facebook Messenger interaction from a parent or guardian will be automatically merged with an existing Enrollio contact if they completed a lead ad form. This ensures you have a single, comprehensive record for each potential student and their family.
By merging these contacts automatically, you will:
Reduce duplicate entries in your system.
Maintain a single, organized view of parents and students.
Improve communication management for class schedules, recitals, and special events.
This streamlined approach lets you focus more on organizing exciting dance events and less on rummaging through duplicate contact lists. Enjoy a more efficient experience in managing your studio’s communication and customer relationships with Enrollio!
