Navigate to Sites > Blog.
Click on your dance studio blog name.
Go to New Post > Import Blog Post.
Enter the dance blog URL and the URL of your most recent blog post.
Choose the correct source from which you’re importing.
Tip: After setup, you can revisit the page to check for the “Scan in Progress” status within the “Imported Content” section.
Map the elements of your dance studio blog post as follows:
Note: If the automatic mapping isn’t accurate, you can manually select the CSS selector (reference: CSS Selectors).
Blog title (use a name that resonates with your studio’s vibe)
Published date (when the class or event was announced)
Author name (for example, the studio owner or lead instructor)
Content (detailed description of the post, class information, event details, etc.)
Category/tag (e.g., character-building classes, recital events)
Once the scraping is complete (typically 10–20 minutes for 1,000 posts), import each dance blog post individually or in bulk.
Note: Every post will initially appear as a draft—allowing you to preview and make any final changes before they go live.
Personalized 3-step process: Enter your dance blog URL and the last published blog post URL to scan and preview your content.
Note: If the preview iframe is blocked, the dance post preview will not be displayed, but the import functionality will still work.
Mapping breakdown: Easily map the dance blog post title, date, author name (for example, your lead dance instructor), content, and category/tags (such as class type or event).
Review and publish: Once the content is imported, review each post and publish them when you’re ready. All posts are initially imported as drafts.
Before you begin, ensure that your dance studio blog has a sitemap for its posts. For instance, if your dance blog is hosted at blog.yourdancestudio.com, confirm that blog.yourdancestudio.com/sitemap.xml exists and is publicly accessible.
Q: I imported my dance studio blog but the posts are not reflecting. Where's my content?
If your dance blog’s sitemap doesn’t include a URL for the posts, the blogs cannot be imported.
Currently, the system may display "Scan in Progress" during an interim failure state. Clicking on it might show a blank page. Check your sitemap settings and try again.
By following these steps, you can easily transition all your important dance studio news, stories, and event posts to Enrollio’s platform, ensuring your audience stays updated on all the exciting happenings at your studio.
