Enrollio now lets you assign groups to unassigned calendars as well as to other round-robin calendars. If you’re looking to streamline scheduling for your dance classes, these steps will help you move your free-standing class schedules into organized groups.
Imagine you have several class calendars that aren’t yet organized into a group. By grouping them, you can manage your dance studio’s schedule more efficiently. For example, you might group calendars by dance style (ballet, hip-hop, tap) or age group to keep things running smoothly during rehearsal weeks and performance days.
Follow these steps within Enrollio to add an unassigned class schedule to a group:
Go to Settings > Calendars.
Find the desired calendar (the one for a specific dance class) and click on the three dots next to it.
Select "Move to Group" from the menu.
A pop-up will appear. Choose the group you want to assign the calendar to – for instance, a group for beginner classes or winter recitals.
Click on "Select" to confirm the assignment.
By grouping calendars, you create a more organized schedule that makes class planning and resource management easier. This way, you can focus more on what matters most—helping your students shine on stage!
