This article explains how to update date type fields in your Enrollio account—perfect for keeping track of recital dates, class start dates, or dance workshop schedules.
Enrollio provides three options to update a date field when managing your student and parent contact information. This feature is particularly useful for studio owners who need to manage class schedules and important event dates.
Custom Date• Update using custom values or fields.• Use recommended formats that suit your scheduling needs:
For example, use the format MM-DD-YYYY for a recital date, such as 12-21-2021.
Alternatively, use the format DD-MMM-YYYY for a performance, such as 21-OCT-2021.
Current Date• Automatically updates the field with the current date.• Use this option for recording the date when a student enrolled in a class or when a studio event was confirmed.
Specific Date• Select a specific date from the calendar to record important dance studio events.• This is ideal for scheduling an upcoming dance showcase or planning your studio’s annual recital.
When setting up your workflow in Enrollio’s system, choose the appropriate update option based on your studio’s needs:
Use Custom Date if you have a specific recital or workshop date that needs to be entered manually.
Select Current Date when you want the system to automatically record the date a particular action occurred—such as a new enrollment.
Choose Specific Date when you want to set a fixed date for a future event, like an upcoming performance.
By using these options, you can ensure that your contact records are always up-to-date with the relevant dates that keep your studio running smoothly.
