The Internal Notification Action sends in-app notifications to users based on specific triggers from your studio workflows. These notifications help you stay on top of important studio events.Supported channels include:
Email: Sends an email to the designated team member’s address.
Notification: Delivers a notification directly to the app’s notifications icon.
SMS: Sends a text message to the member’s phone number.
Choose the Action Type:
Select "Internal Notification" from the list of available actions.
Name Your Action:
Enter a descriptive name, such as "New Enrollment Alert - Email."
Select Type of Notification:
Choose your preferred channel:
Email:
Select Email to send a message directly to a team member’s email address.
Set the From name, From email, and Subject line (default values apply if left blank) or select a premade email template along with the message.
Notification:
This option sends a notification that will appear on the in-app notifications icon.
Specify a title and message for the notification.
Choose a redirect location so that when the user clicks on the notification, they will be directed to the relevant page (for instance, the class schedule or enrollment details).
SMS:
This option sends a text message directly to a team member’s phone number.
Either choose a premade SMS template or write a custom message. Optionally, you can attach files if necessary.
Trigger Links:
You can add trigger links within the notes using the "Trigger Links" icon for easy navigation to detailed information.
Recipients:
Specify who will receive the notification. Options include:
Individual users (such as a specific dance instructor).
User roles (for example, all instructors or all administrators).
Specific teams within your studio.

Create Workflow Trigger:
Set up a trigger based on a new enrollment event from your online registration system.
Process the Enrollment:
Add the new student to the class schedule.
Assign an instructor to welcome and brief the student.
Configure the Notification:
Select Internal Notification with Email as the channel.
Notification Content:
Subject: "New Student Enrollment"
