We’re excited to introduce a new feature on Enrollio that’s designed to streamline your workflow management and ensure that errors are quickly identified and resolved—Workflow Error Notifications and a Dedicated Section. We understand that managing workflows can be challenging, and unnoticed errors can disrupt your operations. This new feature is here to help you stay organized and keep your workflows running smoothly.
The new feature includes a dedicated section specifically for workflows with errors, along with email notifications to alert you when an error occurs. The key components of this feature are:
"Workflow Settings" Option: Allows you to customize error notifications and manage how they’re displayed.
"Needs Review" Tab: A dedicated section where all workflow errors are listed for easy access and management.
Automated Error Notifications: Receive email alerts whenever an error occurs in your workflows.
Error Acknowledgment Button: Mark errors as read and addressed once you’ve resolved them.
In Phase 1 of this rollout, the feature covers actions such as webhooks, premium actions, and Facebook and Instagram actions. When an error occurs in one of these areas, you’ll receive an email notification, and the error will be automatically listed under the "Needs Review" tab in the dedicated section. From there, you can click on the error to view more details and mark it as read once you’ve addressed the issue.

By default, all sub-account admins will receive these email notifications, but you have the flexibility to add or remove recipients as needed. In future updates, we’ll be introducing options to customize the types of errors you’re notified about and adjust the time intervals for receiving these alerts. This will give you even more control over how you manage your workflows and stay updated on any potential issues.
