We’re excited to introduce a new feature on Enrollio—improved avatar image optimization options for our chat widget! As a dance studio owner, you know how crucial it is to provide a seamless and efficient user experience for your students and their parents. That’s why we’ve enhanced our chat widget to give you more control over the avatar images displayed.
With this update, you can now choose whether to enable or disable image optimization for your chat widget. By default, image optimization is enabled, ensuring faster load times and a smoother user experience. However, if you prefer to showcase high-resolution avatars for a more visually striking chat widget, you can opt to enable the high-resolution option. Keep in mind that this choice might result in longer load times.
Access the Chat Widget:
Open the chat widget on your Enrollio dashboard and click on the widget name.
Navigate to Widget Customization:
Go to the Widget tab and scroll down to the "Widget Customization" section.
Toggle Image Optimization:
You’ll see a toggle switch to enable or disable image optimization. Adjust the setting according to your preference.
Save and Preview:
After making your changes, click on "Save" and then preview the widget to ensure the settings meet your expectations.
Enhanced Performance: If your dance studio’s website features many images or uses images frequently in chat conversations, enabling image optimization will ensure the chat widget remains fast and responsive, providing users with a seamless experience.
High-Resolution Option: For studios that prioritize visual appeal and want to showcase high-quality images, enabling the high-resolution option allows you to present crisp, detailed avatars—perfect for impressing your students and parents. However, we recommend using this option only if you have a fast and reliable internet connection to avoid longer load times.
This feature is designed to give you greater flexibility in how you present your chat widget, allowing you to tailor the experience to your studio's specific needs. Whether you prioritize speed or visual quality, the choice is yours.
