Limit Violations:
Stay Informed: Track when you’ve exceeded your daily or monthly SMS limits. This awareness allows you to take necessary actions to avoid disruptions in your communication.
Opt-out Rate:
Respect Privacy: Monitor the opt-out rate of your SMS messages. If students or their families choose to opt out, this feature keeps you informed so you can take steps to reduce opt-outs and maintain a positive relationship.
In addition to the SMS Restriction History, we’ve made several enhancements to improve your overall experience with Enrollio:
Number Purchase Flow: Now supports blank spaces and special characters, making it easier to purchase and manage your phone numbers.
Improved Call Feedback: Provides better feedback for calls to disabled locations, ensuring you’re aware of any restrictions in place for specific areas.
Faster Recordings and Transcriptions: Access recordings and transcriptions more quickly, allowing you to retrieve important information efficiently.
Additional SMS Keywords Blocked: To ensure compliance with regulations, keywords such as "fireworks" and "THC" are now blocked in SMS messages.
We’ve also addressed several bugs to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience:
SMS Limit Issue Fixed: Users will no longer encounter limitations when sending important messages to students.
Correct Display of 'PR': Puerto Rico now correctly appears as a US state rather than a country, preventing any confusion in message sending.
Agency ID Mismatch Bug Fixed: Ensures your agency ID is correctly matched, giving you full access to all of Enrollio's features and functions.
