Use Cases for Auto-Payments:
Classes with Multiple Payment Installments
Example: For a class that requires $100 every month for 6 months, set up a payment schedule with auto-payments. Your client will be charged $100 automatically on the scheduled dates, saving you from creating and sending invoices every month.
Monthly Memberships
Example: If your studio offers monthly memberships, set up auto-payments so clients’ membership fees are paid automatically each month without manual invoicing.
Recital or Competition Fees
Example: Managing recital or competition fees for multiple clients can be complex. With auto-payments, set up a payment schedule and clients will be charged on the scheduled dates without extra effort on your part.
How to Use This Feature:
Enable Auto-Payments: When sending an invoice with a payment schedule, simply enable auto-payments.
Flexible Options: Choose to enable auto-payments for all clients or select specific ones. You can also disable auto-payments at any time if needed.
