Select multiple contacts: From your Contacts list view in Enrollio, choose the dance studio families (parents and students) you want to reach. This feature is ideal for sending schedule changes, recital reminders, or promotion updates quickly.
Add SMS details and choose your sender number:
Select the Sending Number: Pick the sender phone number from the dropdown in the “From” field. The dropdown displays all the phone numbers available in your Enrollio account. If no number is selected, the default number will be used.
Craft Your Message or Use a Template: Either type a custom message in the message box (e.g., “Don't miss our upcoming recital!”) or select a pre-made SMS Template tailored for dance studio announcements.
Choose the send mode: Decide whether you want to:
Send all messages at once for immediate alerts
Schedule the messages for a particular time (helpful for coordinating with class schedules)
Use drip mode to send messages in batches (for instance, sending out daily reminders leading up to a big performance)
Additional Drip Mode Settings (if applicable) :If you choose drip mode, provide these details:
Start on: Date when the messages begin sending
Batch Quantity: Number of contacts reached in one batch
Repeat After: Interval (in days, hours, or minutes) between batches
Send on: Option to send messages only on specified days (e.g., weekdays when classes run)
Process between (hours): Define specific hours during which messages should be sent, based on your studio’s local time zone
Name your action: Enter a name for this SMS campaign, such as “Fall Recital Reminder” or “New Class Announcements” for easy tracking.
Monitor the SMS campaign progress: After initiating the bulk SMS action, navigate to the bulk actions page in Enrollio to:
Track the progress of your SMS campaign
View metrics such as Attempted, Delivered, Clicked, and Failed messages
Review the content sent by selecting individual contacts and checking their message details
