Step-by-Step Guide
Go to Email Marketing:
Log into your Enrollio account and navigate to the Email Marketing section.
Create or Edit Your Campaign/Template:
Choose an existing campaign or create a new one to add a YouTube short. This feature works for both new and existing campaigns.
Add the Video Element and Select YouTube:
In the email builder, click on the Video Element and add it to your email. Then, select YouTube as the source.
Insert Your YouTube Shorts URL:
Copy and paste the URL of your YouTube short into the designated field to automatically embed the video into your email.
Customize the Thumbnail:
Customize the thumbnail to match the look and feel of your email, making it more visually appealing and cohesive.
Preview to See It in Action:
Before sending, preview your email to see how the YouTube short looks and make any necessary adjustments.
