Go to Contacts
Search for Duplicate Contacts
Use the search bar or filters to find duplicate contacts. You can search by name, email, phone number, or any other identifier that might help you locate the duplicates.
Select Contacts to Merge
Once you’ve identified the duplicates, select the contacts you want to merge. You can do this by checking the boxes next to each contact.
Click on the merge icon
Choose Primary Contact:
The primary contact will retain the main details, while information from the other contacts will be merged into this one.
Confirm which data to keep and which to merge.
After choosing which information to save, write "confirm" then click "Resolve" to save new contact
