Enhanced Reply Management for Email Campaigns

For testing a default reply-to address in the email template setting.

You can now personalize your campaign's reply-to address for better reply management. Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to Email Marketing.

  2. Select your campaign and click "Send" or "Schedule."

  3. If the default sender email or global reply-to address isn't suitable, choose "Set a custom reply-to address for this campaign."

  4. Enter your preferred reply email address.

Priority of Reply-To Addresses:

  • Priority 1: Custom reply-to address set in the campaign's Send or Schedule screen.

  • Priority 2: Reply address specified in Location Settings -> Email service -> Reply & Forwarding settings.

  • Priority 3: Current defaults.
